However, designers are used to their work being regarded first and foremost as professional, commissioned work. Too few designers change their role as passive recipients of orders and become design entrepreneurs. Many are afraid of ideas being stolen and therefore become mystery-mongers.
Designers actually have far more to give than potential customers are asking. In our opinion, a lot of potential lies fallow : pioneering ideas, breathtaking designs are just waiting to be discovered.
We are going to create as large and broad a platform as possible for this. Large enough for partners to meet up worldwide. Broad enough for all design disciplines to be connected to each other, to come together at one place - and to stimulate each other.
